Hello LT7879,

Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.

For a more thorough investigation of the issue, Please try to update the Intel® Management Engine driver. According to the release notes for the Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite, it is essential to have the latest versions of both the wireless driver and the MEI driver installed.

Additionally, as a diagnostic step, you may consider uninstalling the Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite application to determine if the error message continues to appear. This can help ascertain whether the application is the source of the issue.

Regarding the MEI driver update, we recommend to visit the HP website to obtain the latest driver. They should navigate to the Driver chipset section and select the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for download.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Dear Michael

Thank you for your response. May I know what is the latest version of the Intel Management Engine driver? I already have the version 2406.5.5.0 and I couldn't find any MEI driver in the HP website.

And I have uninstalled the ICPS and no more error message.

Thank you

Hello LT7879,

Thank you for the quick update.

The recommended driver should come from your laptop manufacturer.

You may also try to contact them for the latest ME driver that they can provide.

As per our last post, if you uninstall Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite and there is no more error, that means that the app is the cause of the error. You may also check with HP if they recommend other version of Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite since they know the compatibility for their system.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
