Hello. Ilike in title for some reason when my is even in desktop and traffic is few kb/s it is connected to %ghz card for some strange reason. Router see both cards connected 5 and 2.4 GHz but 2,4 have 0 traffic data everything is going on 5GHz. It should on low or without traffic use 2,4 and when downloading or steam 4k move switch to 5 GHz but it dont do that. I try clean reinstall drtiver and intel control center and this dont change anything. I use Windows 11 home is this matter.  Can someone help me setup to fix this issue ?

Hello, @AŻacz

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I will gladly assist you here.

Please, answer these questions to have a better perspective of this issue:

  1. Is the Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6E AX1690 the original wi-fi card in your motherboard or is it an integration?
  2. Is it a Desktop PC or a laptop?
  3. Make sure you follow the Recommended Settings for 802.11ax Connectivity

Thank you for the quick replay.

1) Yes it is original it was pre-installed by manufacture of my device.

2) It is Laptop "Razer Blade 17 2022 model" PRODUCT NUMBERRZ09-0423PEF3-R3E1

3) Just checked the link everything is set in the same way.

For addiitional info:

My router is Asus AX 1100 and firmware is up to date. AX support and 160mhx vhannel is enabled. Router have two 5Ghz bands and one 2,4Ghz enabled in tri band smart connect. Both bands from intel killer 1690 are connected and router see them but only 5Ghz have traffic. 2,4Ghz dont activbate for low web usage at all. All the time on 2,4Ghz connection is download 0 and upload 0.

From the windows side:

Windows 11 Home

Build: 22621.1265

Windows and all drivers for everything that is connected is up to date. Also every app on the laptop have latest build.

Hello, @AŻacz

Thank you for all the information provided.

In that case, perform a clean installation of the killer performance suite drivers by following these instructions: How to Perform a Clean Installation to Solve Most Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite Issues.

Thankas for the replay but like write in first post I try this 3 times. Also during clean reinstall I remove killer UWP app and install it again. In 2,4Ghz is no traffic and after starting clean reinstall performance of card drop down. Before I get around 1Gbps download and 297/9 upload now 22,4Ghz still not workk and download drop 517 do max 711mbps and upload 153/211 mbps and dont want ho up. I check what numbers are on iphone 13 pro max and have 811mbps download and 298mbps upload there will be more in download but wifi card block it on phone. I try also replaceing manually firmware on router still nothing.

P.S I also try 4 times sfc command in terminal to fix any issues of windows but nothing was found. I also two times give repair on razer synapse and one time clearn reinstall of this softwere from razer. This two things also dont solve anything.
