Hello, I'm usually connect my 5G connection while doing my work. But currently my laptop couldn't detect any 5G connection, so far i have tried all the solutions through google. Update drivers, Uninstall and Reinstall drivers, Resetting Router, Network Reset on my laptop and also Reset my Pc. But none of the solutions could fix my issues.... any experts can help me to fix my issues please.. Thank you

Please run the following tool and attach the report generated.
1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)
- Intel® SSU Download link
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
Questions:
- When did the behavior start?
- Just to confirm, you can not connect to the 5Hz band or 5G technology?
- What is the model of your router?
