My Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz network adapter is not working properly on my Lenovo ideapad gaming

The Intel (R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz network adapter is not working properly. It is not stable at all. When my router disconnects once and then turns on again, then the internet card does not work again, and then to turn on the Wi-Fi, I have to restart the laptop Top, so rolled back the internet card, but now the internet card disconnects when the internet is working properly
What should I do to solve this problem ??
I really need the stability of the internet this period
I am really upset.

Ensure that you have the latest Wireless and Bluetooth driver packages installed. Latest Wireless package can be downloaded from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30057. Latest Bluetooth package can be downloaded from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30061.
