Hello,

My laptop has Medion e3213, 4gb ram, wireless-ac 3165.

My connection is 100 and i get the full connection over ethernet.

My router is dual band and i get around 50 Mbps on 2,4GHz and lower than 25 Mbps on 5GHz (even when i am 1meter away from router).

I have the latest drivers.

I searched the web and tried a lot of different options and still i get very low 5GHz speed..

This forum is for Intel NUCs. You must contact Medion for support of THEIR laptop.

Hello AAZOR,

Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.

To better assist you, please provide us with the following information:

  • Generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.

  1. Intel® SSU Download link
  2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

  • Did the Intel® Wireless adapter come preinstalled in the computer?
  • What is the model number of your router?
  • Did the computer work as expected before? Are other devices showing the same behavior?
