Dear Support Team,
Recently, I installed Ubuntu20.04 on my brand new laptop, but I cannot connect to wifi as it says "No Wi-Fi Adapter Found."
Following is some of the information that could help you to understand the issue better.
1. Wireless Adapter: Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX210 160MHz (Pre-installed when bought)
2. Laptop: Galaxy Book Flex 2
( *** I went to Samsung Service Center in case it was a hardware issue, but it turned out to be fine with the wireless adapter itself. ***)
3. OS: dual-booting with Windows 10 and Ubuntu20.04
4. Kernel version (#uname -r): 5.13.0-051300-generic
5. Driver firmware (saved in /lib/firmware): iwlwifi-ty-59.601f3a66.0.tgz
I attached libfirmware.log that shows what is inside /lib/firmware in case you'd want to make sure.
( *** Since my wireless adapter did not have the right Linux firmware when I first noticed this issue, I both upgraded my kernel from 5.8 to 5.13 and placed the latest driver in /lib/firmware and load the driver with the command #sudo modprobe iwlwifi ***)
6. Wireless performance on different OS: wifi works fine on Windows 10, but only on Ubuntu, from the get-go, it does not.
7. When I connect ALFA USB Wi-Fi adapter, it works perfectly fine.
8. Other settings: disabled the "fast-boot" option on Windows
disabled the "secure boot" from grub
9. Logs from useful commands
# rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
# modinfo iwlwifi

Thanks for your detailed response. However, I am afraid I do not have any .pnvm in /lib/firmware in the first place.
Still, thank you so much for your help. If you have any further advice, please let me know!
Best,

Hi Junichiro,
Unfortunately, no. I was kinda giving up on it and just relying on my external wifi adapter. However, I'm planning to try the other commenter's advice and see if it works. If not, I'll open up a new thread. Best of luck for both of us!
Best,
So

Hello @sorandy
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please try to load the firmware manually following these steps:
1) Download and install the latest Linux firmware: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/snapshot/linux-firmware-20210716.tar.gz
2) Do '# sudo cp iwlwifi-* /lib/firmware/'
3) Load the driver # sudo modprobe iwlwifi
Please let us know if this helps or if the issue persists.
Regards,
David G

@sorandy the Intel® Wireless Engineering team is working on this issue, and will add the new device ID 'a0f0/6074' of AX201 adapter in upstream to fix the error 'No config found for PCI dev a0f0/6074'.
This thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I have the same problem now, Inter(R) Wi-Fi AX210 160MHz driver cannot be used, I have used all the above solutions, including deleting pnvm, downloading new driver installation, and copying iwlwifi file, but the problem has not been solved, may I ask if there is any good solution now?

An Update of Ubuntu 22.04 on my mother in laws Galaxy book in april, solved the problem.
When it was solved I do not know, as I last looked at it in July 2022.
