Recently upgraded to Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver version 21.40.0 and my Cowin E7 headphones would no reliably connect. Downgrading to 21.30.0 solved the problem.

You should be using HP for assistance. HP is solely responsible for your support.

Also,. you should be using the drivers from HP.

What operating system and version? WIndows 10, 1903?

What is the model number of your device/motherboard?

What is the model number of your wireless card?

OS: Windows 10, 1809.

Device: HP ZBook Studio G4 with Intel CM238 chipset.

Wireless Card: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 (w/ Bluetooth).
