hello,
i've seen similar discussions on Win7 x64 of this problem without conclusions. i have a Win7 32-bit installations with NETwNs32.sys of:

I met the same problem too. and I have updated the wifi driver every versions, this issue occurs time and time.
now, I update the driver to the latest one, the possibility goes lower, but it is not resolved completely.
the analysis result by windbg is same as the one shown by jerrey.
I wish intel to pay a attention to it.

I would like to suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. If you already did that from Programs and Features then please uninstall it from device manager and restart.
In case the issue persists you may want to contact the computer manufacturer for further assistance, since the issue might be caused by corruption in Windows* files or hardware related.

I had tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver, but there was not any improvement.
and I tried to format the system drive, and reinstall the whole operating system, the issue was still here.
but with the latest driver (15.6.1), it seems work well till now. I will trace it in the next few days.
