Slow download speeds Intel BE200 card

Hi,

I recently purchased a Intel BE200 wifi card and for some reason the download speeds are rubbish but the upload speeds are great. I have tried everything and nothing helps. 

I Have a ASUS GT-BE98 Router 

Gaming PC with HERALD MSI WIFI 7 card (Wireless speeds 2.1gig down/2.3gig up)

Laptop with Intel BE200 card (Wireless speeds 540meg down/1.7gig up) see picture below
