Hello,

I have two Intel AX200 wifi cards. One is with vPro and the other one is without vPro support.

The only difference is the T PN number on the card but I can't find any kind of information which card is with vPro.

T PN G86C0007U310

and

T PN G86C0007U410

Which card is with vPro?

Hello AWeid2,

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

Based on the Product specifications, Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 supports Intel® vPro™ Technology regardless of the T PN. If one of the adapters does not reflect this, this could be a hardware/software setup and activation issue. It is also worth noting that this could be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) limitation (e.g. BIOS).

For more information, please refer to the links below:

To better assist you, please provide us with the following information:

1. Are the adapters in different systems? Is this an integration?

2. System (s) model.

3. Were you able to enable Intel® vPro™ Technology before?

4. Please let us know the adapter (T PN) that successfully enables Intel® vPro™ Technology.

Hello AWeid2,

We would like to update this thread.

A system supporting Intel® vPro™ Technology requires other components to support it, too. This may include the Intel® Wireless Adapter, thE processor, BIOS, among others. In this scenario, our recommendation is that you can contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to make sure your computer was designed to enable/support this technology. This may vary from system model to system model. For this reason, it is important to validate this information with the OEM.

Also, to obtain more specific information about Intel® Wireless Adapters, and their features, we recommend going to the Intel® Quality Document Management System (QDMS) site. You can follow the steps contained on the following support article for more details:
