Test Reports & FCC Grants AX200NGW

We are in the process of compliance testing and our device incorporates the 

Model: AX200NGW

FCC ID: PD9AX200NG

We have been asked to provide FCC Grants that correspond to Test Reports.

I have not had any success in locating FCC Grants that match the Test Reports. 

Any suggestions on how to source both Test Reports and corresponding FCC Grants?
