The Bluetooth device keyboard or mouse will not work again after entering sleep mode.
This symptom occurs intermittently.
If you look at the event history
Device does not start (BTHUSB)

I use Surface Pro 9 laptop
I am using Intel Bluetooth version 22.220.1.1.
The symptoms are the same even if you delete the driver or rollback.

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
2. Is this a laptop or desktop computer?
3. Is the issue present with a wired keyboard and mouse?
4. What is the brand and model name of your wireless adapter?
5. What is your operating system as well as the version and build?
6. What is the BIOS version installed?
7. Is this issue recent? When did it start?
