My network card ( ax210 ), running at 23.110.0.5, is experiencing unstability recently, blackscreen (just goes black and everything freezes, i have to force restart the laptop), a lot of "Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted" events (the moment after the computer has booted into windows), and high ping (first or second times of pinging dns server, ping is very high, after that everything goes back to normal), first time i post here so if you need me to provide something, feel free to tell me, thanks

Hello vutd,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

To address the issue effectively, kindly share the details below

1. Were you able to have wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?

2. Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?

3. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

4. How often do the blackscreen freezes happen?

5. Do blackscreens happen only when using Wi-Fi, or also when offline?

6. What is the full model of the laptop? Kindly share the link to it if possible.

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Best regards

Hi, sorry for my lateness

1. yes, but sometimes when the cpu load is a bit high, there's a very little chance of the wifi will drop out

2. sorry, i cant recall it

3. i replaced it from the 8822ce to this ax210, bought from legit vendor

4. sometimes 1 times/3wks, sometimes more frequently

5. my wifi is always turned on, i never disable it

6. it's FA506IU-AL127T

also my secondary router (ax53u), sometimes if i click the forget button, the wifi cant connect to its 5ghz band ( Can't connect to this network, i'm using channel 161 with 80mhz width), 2.4 is ok, others AP's 5ghz is ok too.

Thanks

Hello vutd,

Thank you for sharing all this information.

Since you mentioned that the original adapter was changed to AX210, I would like to share that before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.

As you already performed the integration, it is also important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies.

You may check this article for more information: Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best regards
