Hello HuozenShuyuki

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share more information with us:

  • Are you having issues on Wifi too?
  • When did it start to happen?
  • Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
  • Is this a new computer? If so, have check with your system's OEM for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?
  • What OS version are you using?
  • What adapter model do you have?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
  • What steps do you take to reproduce your issue?
  • Were you able to have you wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?
  • Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?
  • Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
  • Provide the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
    • Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows
    • Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
    • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
    • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

  • no Wi-Fi issue
  • after using Bluetooth more often than normal
  • no sadly but I found out my wireless driver was also not updated according to the intel website but not in laptop update service so I went and updated my wireless driver
  • not a new computer
  • 64 bit OS not sure if this is what you are looking for
  • a18-150p1a
  • using the original adapter charger
  • the Bluetooth now works on my Bluetooth keyboard , what I did was cut off net uninstall both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi driver then reboot while then install Bluetooth then Wi-Fi , it now works but the laptop is still discoverable even when I uncheck it
  • still normal
  • update from service update, but i dont recall the last one
  • roll back to previous I dont know which so never tried

Thank you for the update, you're using the latest generic Intel driver. Please try the latest customized driver provided by the laptop manufacturer:

When you try the latest driver, make sure to follow the steps from our article:

@HuozenShuyuki Before we close this thread, the best recommendation is to check with the system manufacturer as this doesn't seem to be related to drivers or software configuration.
