Hello Pistoleer.com,
Thank you for joining this Intel Community.
These issues can happen if you recently upgraded to Windows* 10 or if you updated Windows* 10. In these cases, it is recommended to have the latest wireless driver available for your system.
Are you using the latest wireless driver provided by your system manufacturer? If the latest wireless driver is not installed, try this version.
-Inspiron 17R SE 7720; Windows* 10, 64-bit
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-17r-se-7720/drivers Version: 7.35.333.0 ,A01
If using this driver does not fix these issues, then you can try installing the latest generic Intel driver for testing purposes.

You can also verify the operation frequency: 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. You may get better results while on 5 GHz.
