Hello and thank you for responding to my post:
1-The Wireless AC 9560 is the original wifi card i have not modified my laptop ever since I bought it
2-The model is: ROG Strix G531GT_GL531GT
3-I bought this computer in december 2021 I think, it worked fine until summer 2022 (beginning of june) it had a similar problem but I had no idea how to fix it so I just got along with it and it went away at the end of the summer. It then came back a few time during the year but no big deal until now.
4-It seems to happen with almost every game (I haven't tested all of them) but it still happens while running Steam in offline mode and it also happened when i was downloading 2 games at the same time while in a discord call.
5-I haven't seen it happen on Discord or on google but it seems to happen whenever I'm using a lot of data (to mention i have not put a limit on the data i could use). It is also not a problem that comes from the outside although my computer might need a cleaning.
6-I apologize for the switch in language in the following screenshot but this is what happened about 10 minutes ago when i launched Ark Survival Evolved in offline mode (Steam).
Thank you for your time and may you reply as soon as you can.
Hello, @Toastada
Thank you for the information provided.
Note #1: Make sure to check you have all the Windows updates before doing the driver installation. Also, make sure to do this step disconnected from the internet (wi-fi or wired connection) when you are uninstalling the driver software since Microsoft updates drivers automatically and prevents doing the clean installation successfully.
Note #2: We recommend checking with your System Manufacturer and using the driver software provided by them to avoid potential installation incompatibilities. Intel supplies generic versions of Wireless Drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the Wireless driver software or software packaging.
