Are you attempting to upgrade the wifi in your HP laptop without consulting with HP?

If so, you need to consult with HP.

What is the laptop model number (complete)?

What processor model number?

What OS? Windows 10? What version? 1909?

What wifi came with the laptop?

Download, run, and ATTACH (using the paperclip) the results of this utility.

Then, an Intel support engineer can assist you.

Hi @VBREH

  1. In case that the AX200 is compatible with your laptop interface and you have it already, you should connect the antenna cable to the connector marked 1(AUX). This connector is responsible for WiFi 2.4GHz + Bluetooth functionality.
  2. The other connector marked 2 (main) is for 5GHz WiFi functionality.
  3. Note that this is 2x2 Wi-Fi adapter. This means both antennas need to be connected to achieve the optimal Wi-Fi performance. So, my advice is to connect two anntennas.
  4. You may buy additional antenna: https://www.amazon.com/HUYUN-Antenna-Cable-Module-Internal/dp/B07DB6ZG3B/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=wifi+antenna+for+ax200&qid=1581452502&sr=8-3

Well, you can "make" it work, but it is not something I recommend. And, this is why I said you must consult with HP for compatibility.
