After the update of 22.240.0.6 for the intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHZ drive my pc keeps failing to connect to Microsoft Display Adapter_2b09.

I tried every single solution available on the internet from resting to uninstalling nothing worked

on the other hand, I have a laptop that had the same update and it works perfectly.

Laptop Network drive: Intel (R) WI-FI 6 AX201 160MHZ

Please let me know if anyone can help.

Hello walid15

Thank you for your time.

Please perform a clean installation, but this time using the OEM driver: BlueTooth Driver 22.180.0.2 and Intel WIFI Driver 22.180.0.4

Also, you can try to “Forget” the device, and re-pair it.

Best regards,

Jose B.

Hello @walid15

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

Please answer the following:

·      Which driver version was working before the update?

·      Is the Bluetooth working properly?

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

i was able to generate the report through the intel system support utility for Windows

i have attached the file below. for your question about which driver was installed prior to this issue.

my system is always up to date thus it was the one previous to the latest update.

furthermore, the Bluetooth is working perfectly with no issues

Hello walid15

Thank you for your response.

I noticed that the BIOS is not up to date, please download the file from here: 7D25v1D.

Also, let’s perform a clean installation. Please download the driver from here: Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

1.    Go to Device Manager.

2.    Expand the Network Adapters category.

3.    Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.

4.    Make sure to the option to Delete the driver software for this device is selected.

5.    Repeat steps 1 through 4 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is greyed out.
