Contact xfinity for help setting up their modem.

This site does not provide support in setting up routers/modems.  You need to configure your router correctly for "all other devices" to be able to access it.

Have you configured your wireless connection correctly?  The correct SSID?

What is your OS and what wifi card do you have?  Did this laptop work before and you just changed routers?

That is a pretty old wireless card.  I am tagging @n_scott_pearson regarding a possible driver issue for the ac-3160.

I have the final drivers for this adapter in my share (here). Make sure you are using the final drivers as you won't have support for the newer routers without it.

Hope this helps,
