MfG Wolfgang

You need to download the latest Bluetooth and Wireless driver packages. Uninstall the existing drivers, reboot and then install the downloaded drivers.

Ah, didn't see the attachment from the mobile site.
Ok, question: do you have Secure Boot enabled? If so, try installing with it disabled.
If that doesn't work, try installing while booted in Safe Mode.

Hallo N. Scott Pearson!
BIOS
Boot Mode: UEFI
Secure Boot: Enabled
"Secure Boot" kann man nicht ändern. Wenn "Boot Mode" auf "Legacy" steht verschwindet "Secure Boot".
MfG Wolfgang

Hello wulferl,
The troubleshooting recommended by Microsoft* for an error code 28 in Device Manager is a clean installation of drivers, which I understand that you have already performed.

Based on the service ticket being worked through your local support team, there's not much else that we can suggest at this time. However, there is a new Bluetooth® driver that will be available soon. We will post here once it's published so that you may test it on your system.
Best regards,
