Hi,
Is the Intel® FPGA Add-on for oneAPI Base Toolkit a licensed software. I found that the it includes Intel Quartus Prime Pro which is a paid software.

Note: This add-on requires installation of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit, so make sure to download and install the Intel® OneAPI Base Toolkit first and then pair it with the Intel® FPGA Add-on.

You must go through the End User License Agreements (EULA) for the Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit. You may visit the below link.
