About Intel® FPGA Add-on for oneAPI Base Toolkit

Hi,

Is the Intel® FPGA Add-on for oneAPI Base Toolkit a licensed software. I found that the it includes Intel Quartus Prime Pro which is a paid software.

Thanks for posting your query on the community forum. Please know, all Intel® oneAPI products are available free of cost to all. You may download the Intel® FPGA Add-on for oneAPI Base Toolkit from the below link.

Note: This add-on requires installation of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit, so make sure to download and install the Intel® OneAPI Base Toolkit first and then pair it with the Intel® FPGA Add-on.
