Hello! I'm a student user of the intel base and hpc toolkits, and am looking specifically for 2021.3.0.3227 versions of the intel toolkits. The reason is that other distributions have broken visual studio functionality for compiling fortran, but this version works. Thanks!

Hi Jonathan, we understand your concern. As we mentioned earlier that, Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit and Intel® HPC Toolkit version 2021 are older and unsupported products. Users with active priority support can only access older product versions. Only latest version of Intel® oneAPI Toolkits and the products are available for download.

Hi Jonathan, we would like to inform you that older versions of Intel® oneAPI toolkit has been removed publicly. Only latest version of Intel® oneAPI toolkit available for users.

Please note that Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2023.2.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. For more information refer to the link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.

Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription. Kindly refer below link for more details:

Hello, I am a student user ...  I shouldn't have to pay 700$ to access a previously free version of a functional OneAPI.

Why is the community OK with this policy?
