Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that the VTune analyzer technical support offered at Intel Premier Support is free! You can "opt-in" to this support when you register your software. If you did not do that, log back into the registration center and the select Intel Premier Support in the navigation bar. You should be prompted to create a Premier account. If not, please send an emailhere requesting assistance with this.
Regards,

Does Premier Support still exist ?

Everytime I try to follow the link (https://premier.intel.com/) I get redirected to a page claiming that no such page exists (http://or1grebe.cps.intel.com/scripts-util/404.asp?Redirect=Y)

The current incarnation has a habit of mis-using cookies to redirect incorrectly. For Windows Firefox, I set the browser to delete cookies when closing. It is necessary to purge cookies after opening softwareforums, before premier can be reached. For IE, you must at least delete all old cookies left over from intel sites. You don't want Windows to be easy, do you?

It redirects me immediately - I registered an account first, but since then have had no joy accessing the url.

I'd watch the headers to see what's happening - but of course it's an https site...
I've tried this from Firefox and from IE, and following the comments below (thanks Tim18) I've deleted all my cookies in IE, but still no joy.... guess I'll try it from Lynx next

I find that Premier Support does not give me an option to file or view issues on VTune Performance Analyzer. We bought a license of Performance Analyzer, and I followed the Premier Support opt-in link exactly as you described, yet when I go to submit an issue the only products in my drop-down box are "My Account Management" and "Thread Profiler".

All:

Please ensure that you register *all* serial numbers issued to you. Your registered serial numbers dictate which products you have access to on Intel Premier Support.

Tim.Meadowcroft: Tim18 is correct that it's basically a cookie issue. Generally it means you have more than one Intel login ID, each set up with permissions to access different Intel sites, and the permissions are clashing. Contact us by email if you'd like us to look at your login(s).

does not work too well. If I go to register for an account - I get Erroralready registered ( for the product, which I am ) and no option to register for support.

If I go to support, I get:

You are attempting to access Intel Premier Support but you do not have a user account.

If you continue to have problems, please contact Intel Customer Support.

Customer Support may be contacted via email at quadsupport@mailbox.intel.com.

pretty annoying. I send an e-mail to the above mentioned address, we'll see what happens.
