Everytime I try to follow the link (https://premier.intel.com/) I get redirected to a page claiming that no such page exists (http://or1grebe.cps.intel.com/scripts-util/404.asp?Redirect=Y)

I'd watch the headers to see what's happening - but of course it's an https site...
I've tried this from Firefox and from IE, and following the comments below (thanks Tim18) I've deleted all my cookies in IE, but still no joy.... guess I'll try it from Lynx next

All:
Please ensure that you register *all* serial numbers issued to you. Your registered serial numbers dictate which products you have access to on Intel Premier Support.

Tim.Meadowcroft: Tim18 is correct that it's basically a cookie issue. Generally it means you have more than one Intel login ID, each set up with permissions to access different Intel sites, and the permissions are clashing. Contact us by email if you'd like us to look at your login(s).

does not work too well. If I go to register for an account - I get Erroralready registered ( for the product, which I am ) and no option to register for support.
If I go to support, I get:
You are attempting to access Intel Premier Support but you do not have a user account.
If you continue to have problems, please contact Intel Customer Support.
Customer Support may be contacted via email at quadsupport@mailbox.intel.com.
pretty annoying. I send an e-mail to the above mentioned address, we'll see what happens.
