The computer is an Acer Predator Helios 300 and the new chip is the BE200 NGW. The old chip was a 9560NGW. I was wondering if those drivers are possibly conflicting with the new one.

Hello Rich4,
I have read your concern about missing device in the Bluetooth settings. Just to confirm, did you you mean it is missing in the device manager?
Are you also not able to use the Bluetooth as well?
Kindly also please share in this post the .txt file the Intel System support utility to know more about your system configurations. you may download the app at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html.
Please also let us know the model of your previous WIFI adapter and other changes you have made on the system before the issue occurred.

Hello,
I have the same issue as Rich4.
You will find provided the information for my laptop.
OS: Windows 11 Home
OS Version: 23H2
My laptop is: Acer Predator Helios 300
Model Number: PH317-52
Newly installed chip: BE200 NGW
Old chip: 9560NGW
I've downloaded the latest drivers for wifi and bluetooth for the Intel BE 200 and installed them. My wifi is working as expected but the bluetooth is not showing up.
I've uninstalled all drivers which were for bluetooth and installed again the drivers provided by Intel but to no avail.
I've attached screenshots for you to gain more context on the problem. And added the logs from the Intel System support utility.
Best regards,
Simeon

The latest WiFi driver for BE200 is version 23.40.0
The same version has the latest BT Driver. You can download and try to reinstall the both drivers.
However I suspect that the BE200 adapter is not compatible with your laptop. The replaced AC9560 worked on M.2 CNVio interface while the new BE200 has M.2 PCIe, USB interface. In some cases the PCIe adapter will work in the CNVio socket, but could be that in your laptop it is not the case.
You should address your question for compatibility to Acer support.

Also please read this thread and my answer there. In this thread the BE200 works in Acer Predator PH3D15-17 but the replaced AX1675 adapter was PCIe adapter rather than CNVio.

Thanks for the fast response. I will deep dive into the matter and involve the Acer community to further investigate the problem.

Good afternoon! I encountered exactly the same problem as you, I also have an acer helios 300, and I also replaced the 9560NGW adapter with the BE200NGW. Wi-Fi works great, but bluetooth doesn't work at all, there is no bluetooth device in the device manager. I tried the instructions above, nothing helped either. I tried it on Windows 10 and 11. If you somehow managed to solve this problem, please let me know

Seems Intel has no interest to give a meaningful answer in this case. I think the problem is related to M.2 to USB connection the BE1750x uses which might noch be supported on rather older laptops.
