Hi
I am experiencing the driver assistant endless scan on a computer (stuck on the "scanning your system..." message)
By reading the previous answers on the subject I must inform you that :
- Rebooting does not help
- Intel DSA has been uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest provided on intel site
- Web browser is Microsoft Edge 102.0.1245.33
- There are no browser plugins installed
- The router is working just fine, we are able to use the assistant on the same network on other machines
- Antivirus and firewall is the latest to date from Windows
- There is no 'DSAUninstaller.log' file on the computer
- Intel® System Support Utility (ssu.exe) does not actually do anything : no GUI or message

@Adrien_Grosjean Hi Adrien. This is Monique with Intel and I'm the IDSA project manager. There is a known issue impacting some IDSA users with an endless scan and our developers are working on a fix to be included in our next release, planned for late June. Thanks for your patience while we fix this bug. If you need updated drivers in the meantime, please go directly to Intel Download Center.
