Dear Intel,
I am from VMware and we are facing link-down issue with Ethernet Controller XXV710 for 25GbE SFP28 after the upgrade to VCF5.1/vSpheer8.0.2 for few customers.
Updating driver to 2.7.2.0 and firmware to 9.50 based on HCL did not helped. Utilising Windows to boot and change the FEC settings is not effective.
Your intnet plugin in to esxcli doe not work and do not allow me to disable FEC. This particular setup has Intel Server S2600WF, so there is no UI for the card while booting from BIOS.
Is there way to modify setting on UEFI Shell?
Is there way to disable FEC with some other utility from ESXi shell?
You provided utility for esxcli plugin does not work on 8.0.2 ESXi.
See details atachement bellow.

I have disabled LLDP client on the Card in the BIOS and link is UP again.
Strange, how LLDP agent on a nic is relevant to the link status.....
