Apical Image Sensor

I want to try Apical Image Sensor on Terasic DE2_115 board 

 

 

they have written "Your local Altera sales representative can assist you with the easy download of Apical's IP, registration for an evaluation license online, and evaluation of your system before purchasing the chipset." 

at 

http://www.altera.com/end-markets/industrial/video-surveillance/image-sensor/ind-image-sensor.html 

 

but apicals sales person say that "they not allow try"

This is for large volume customers only, I'm afraid. 

 

I believe they are not even offering an IP core that you would incorporate into your own FPGA design. 

Instead, they supply you with a programming file for a FPGA which does nothing else except their algorithms. This is what that page means when they say "chipset".
