Hi there

I have put a PCIe interface for the Cyclone V in Qsys (Quartus Prime 16.0), but when I compile I keep getting the same error:

"Critical Warning (184043): Fitter was unable to find Transceiver Reconfiguration Controllers associated with the following 1 transceiver PHY IP component blocks"

I have attached a screenshot of the Qsys setup.

I would understand this if I had not actually connected the reconfiguration block AND the software driver. No matter what I do in the design, I still cannot get this warning to go away. What am I doing wrong?
