FIFO based on external memory - is there an IP for that?

Sirs, 

 

Altera provides IP cores implementing different kinds of FIFO using on-chip memory (i.e. M9K blocks). Are there any FIFO IPs that could utilize external memory, for example DDR3?

Altera doesn't provide such IP core.

Does anyone else provide such IPs ? 

I need to build 8Mbytes DCFIFO based on DDR2 external memory.
