I am using Quartus 9.1 SP2. In the megawizard, while generating a high performance DDR3 SDRAM memory controller (HPC II), on the memory settings tab, there is a modify parameters button. This allows you to modify the 16 control words that are written to the DIMM. I thought that at one time I saw errata that stated that control word data was erroneously written to the DIMM in reverse order. Does anyone else remember seeing this? Where? Has it been fixed? Or was this all just a bad dream? Thanks.

I believe it was a bug for RDIMM only. I think it was fixed in 9.1sp2, definitely fixed in 10.0.
