Hi,
I have a problem to compile the Video over IP reference design from Altera. I've created the Quartus II project as descriped in the application note (an374). But when I start the SOPC builder I get some error messages that some modules are missing: Error: rtp_tx: Component altera_avalon_rtp_tx_classic 2.0.0 not found Error: udp_ip: Component altera_avalon_udp_ip_classic 2.0.0 not found Error: mii_gmii_mdio: Component auk_mii_gmii_mdio 1.1 not found Error: rtp_rx: Component altera_avalon_rtp_rx_classic 2.0.0 not found I have this megacore function and added them to the libary. But I still get this error. Can somebody help me for this. ThanksLink Copied

Sorry for taking up an old thread, but I have the same problem. I have placed all of these cores to the %quartus_root%/ip, restarted the software, but it doesn't find them. Do I have to add those cores manually somehow?
EDIT: Solved: 1. Create additional IP directory somewhere. E.g. C:\Altera\ip_cores. 2. Copy all the additional cores to that directory. 3. Open SOPC builder. 4. Go to Tools->Options...->IP Search Path. 5. Add a directory mentioned before.- Mark as New

You need more question marks for an answer.
The design is useless, because it doesn't work.- Mark as New

zayneb, stop polluting the forum by multiposting. I've counted 11 times the same question here just in the last 24 hours. Posting the same question multiple times won't give you more answers. If you don't get any answer, it means that nobody here has it.
If everyone did the same as you, the forum would be unreadable.
