Warning: Can't convert time-limited SOF into POF, HEX File, TTF, or RBF

but i donn't know which ip need license. where can i find the detailed discription about which license?

do you have any license ? quartus menue -> tools -> license setup

you need the subcription edition not the web edition

do you use the nios cpu ? if yes to need the subscription / license and that gives you a couple of license for most of the alter sopc ip's

do you use an ip from another company ?

unfortunately i have no idea if there is some kind of report telling you what license is missing.

from quartus 9.1 on the smalest nios -e is free and does not require a license.
