Hello Punith,
Hope you are doing well. The prefix 'G' in your OPN means 'RoHS6 '. Here's additional detail that you can find: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/documentation/2019/rohs-compliant-ordering-part-number-for-arria-ii-and-stratix-iii.html
Thank you.

Hi,
Yes. It should be the same. Here's a thread on how to find dimension: https://community.intel.com/t5/Programmable-Devices/MPN-10M16SCU324C8G-has-tape-and-Reel-packaging/m-p/1290640/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufEtRMEtYTFBFN0MzM0NUfDEyOTA2NDB8U1VCU0NSSVBUSU9OU3xoSw#M80306
In your case, it should be as below:
Thank you.

Hi,
There should not be any changes if the only changed notified is the additional 'G' prefix. That prefix only means RoHS6. You can refer to this KDB for more details: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/documentation/2019/rohs-compliant-ordering-part-number-for-arria-ii-and-stratix-iii.html
Thank you.
