PCI NIC card

Hi guys, 

I'm trying to develop a PCI Ethernet network card using the Altera TSE with PCI compiler. I found an example for such system here http://www.altera.co.jp/literature/hb/qts/qsys_section.pdf  But unfortunately I couldn't find the download link to get the project. Could anybody help me finding this design example?  Thanks.

There doesn't seem to be any downloadable qsys example on the Quartus manual page, but there are some on the tutorial page (http://www.altera.com/support/examples/design-entry-tools/qsys/exm-qsys-tut.html).
