PCIe Switch in N3000

There is a PCIe Switch in the top structure of N3000,PEX87 47 PCIe Switch, which plays the role of bridge between Intel Arria 10 or XL710 and PCIex16 Edge Connector.

My question is how could I control or set this PCIe Switch in software or hardware or somewhere?Does it select data path from upstream automatically?

Thanks very much!

User does not have control over the PCIe Switch. It will arbitrage the traffic automatically according to the PCIe spec e.g. header type, traffic class, etc.
