Why N3000 PAC Board can‘ t detect PCIe

Our N3000-2 pac cannot work suddenly.

When we try to reboot the server machine(R730,750W), it cannot entry the system and showed the error in picture 1.

Then we remove the pac to another server(R720,495W), another error occurred.Firstly, when we tried to entry the system after rebooting the machine, the phenomenon in picture 2 would happen but the pac could be detected at first. However, after several minutes the server and the card would reboot automatically, and the pac cannot be detected then and all LEDs of the card were blinking yellow like picture 3.

Anyone knows what happened and any solutions could be provided?

Now, we chose another server(R720,750W), it works normal so far.

Anyone knows why?Thank you very much!

I think the most probable reason is that you dont have enough airflow to the card. When the temp is too hot, the card will shutdown causing a kernel panic (due to the unexpected PCIe link is missing). At the same time it will LED blinking 1 sec interval.
