Хочу скачать последнюю версию программы Graphic Monitor (https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/graphics-performance-analyzers.html) но её возможно скачать только на Windows 8 , а у меня Windows 7.

Хотел спросить , есть ли ссылка на скачивания программы для винды 7.

The release notes that accompany the MSI installation file indicate that Windows 7 SP1 is supported. Are you saying it won't install on Windows 7 SP1?
