FIFA lags too much when I set my graphics performance to high.

When I play FIFA 18, the game lags too much, when I set my graphics performance to Power saving it is playable but only gains 20 FPS but when I set my graphics performance to maximum performance it gains about 40 FPS but lags too much. It becomes unplayable... It lags too too much. Please help me. My PC spec is intel hd 620, 8 GB single channel RAM, i-5 7th generation, windows 10 home 64 bit, HP notebook laptop.

Adding 8GB RAM and increasing total to 16GB may improve graphics performance. 8GB RAM is very marginal for game playing. I understand that you don't have dedicated graphics adapter (like NVIDIA or RADEON), the RAM is used as graphic memory by the O.S.
