Flickering display issue in Precision 7560

igfxn not starting !!

OEM-Dell and Generic Driver with Clean installation are not working ! 

Laptop display is working on all Pre_Windows (11)  programs like Bios setup and Dell Diagnostic Tools

SSU logs for both drivers , Image of Laptop Display and driver adapter events are attached
