Fortnite Settings

Hey guys, I need help with my fortnite. I have a new laptop  with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz and 16Gb ram with intel(R) iris(R) xe graphics. What should my fortnite settings be for me to have a good fps on fortnite. Any help would be appreciated.
