Hi all,
After Windows update to 20H2 19042 the brightness option has been disappeared completely. The F2 and F3 keys are not functional, neither brightness adjustment available in the Windows Notifications center. A few days of research, drivers reinstallation, removing, etc. was not helpful. The Intel Graphics Command Center is perfectly working, no errors shown, no updates are available, but no brightness option is available anywhere. Any suggestions will be very appreciated.

Use the driver provided by HP, and test.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

I have tried all HP available drivers already. Unfortunately, none of them makes any difference. Please see attached report file generated by Intel System Support Utility.
Thank you.

But, HP has (or should have) tested their device with the drivers on their site.
I would contact HP to see why their driver does not work. You may have a hardware issue,
