What operating system version and build? If you are running Windows 10, you are not supported.

You have ATI graphics. Is your device a Laptop? If so, use only the drivers provided by HP.
If not a laptop, go to ATI for your graphics driver.

My device is a laptop but, if I uninstall Intel HD Graohics driver and reboot, it automaticaly install Intel HD Graphics driver again. My only solution is to deactivate Intel HD Graphics driver-

Sorry, for any support on your laptop, you have to work with HP. They are unlikely to help because of the age of your laptop, and that it is long out of warranty.
