In this case it seems to be that this is a feature or a shortcut of the new driver version, we can try to un-install the game and delete the registry of it and then re-install it again, but if it works fine with the older driver version, it means it is just a function of the new driver.

What is the model of the board?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?

If the laptop is working fine with the old driver then we recommend to use that driver, there is no need to try another one if there is a version that works, even if it is older.
On the following link you will find the latest version of the graphics driver for the Intel® HD Graphics 530 graphics controller, in case you want to try that driver, it is version beta 4552:
