I'm using an Intel 4000 card in my laptop and just bought a UHD TV. I cannot get the card to drive the monitor at 3840x2160 @ 30mhz. I get the message "The custom resolution exceeds the maximum bandwidth capacity. That shouldn't be possible. Here's what I have:

Any ideas? I'm pretty disappointed in Intel right now. This shouldn't be happening. And I am using a HDMI high speed cable with Ethernet (AmazonBasics brand).
Thanks.

No disrespect Intel, but the way your graphic reads, only the "DisplayPort" is limited to 2560x1600, there is a comma afterward and no resolution in front of the HDMI. I've run two different monitors at 3840x2160 off this Intel 4000 processor without issue until this last Windows 10 update.

Hi Kalhoun,
The comma divides DP and HDMI resolutions. The graphics card might or might not support higher resolution with lower refresh rate.
