Intel gpu drivers a joke or what ?

My laptop has i3 8145u with uhd 620 graphics
When playing valorant on the latest version driver available in intel website, I see fps drops to 40 when looking far or killing an enemy with gpu usage 50% and cpu usage 70%

I downgraded driver to 31.0.101.2125 version from manufacturer website

How I see the fps is 60 when I look far
but when I try to kill an enemy, the frames get stuck

Therefore I request Intel support to kindly provide a fix for this issue

1. What is the brand and model of your laptop?
2. What is the driver version that you installed before rolling back?
3. How did you update the driver?
4. How was the temperature of the system while playing?
