Lagging in the games

Hello I hope you are having a wonderful day I have hp probook 450 G6 with intel core i5 826U 8th generations I downloaded the game control but once I start playing it lagging and slow even I updated my drive to the last version

You can try reducing resolution, texture quality, and other graphics settings in the game settings menu. Check the ventilation, it may be overheating
