Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. We understand that you are experiencing performance issues with the Assassins Creed Unity game.

To better assist you, provide us with the following:

• Is this issue present on previous drivers?
• What is the game distribution service? ( Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft connect)?
• Share a short video showing this issue.
• Provide us with a short video or screenshots of the graphics settings you are using.
• Create a report using the following:
  • Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU) 
  • Download the Intel SSU
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
  • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
  • To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."

• Intel® Graphics Command Center:
  • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
  • Navigate to the Support tab
  • Select System Diagnostic
  • Click Generate Report
  • Select Save and name the output file.

As per the graphics settings you share, please try to change your system language for a bit and to take a screenshot of the settings in English. This would help us further investigate your issue.

Also, perform a clean installation of the latest production driver, 31.0.101.4146.  Sometimes corrupted files from previous installations of drivers can linger on a system which can cause driver updates to not work as expected. It is important to mention that BETA releases are for targeted testing.

You mentioned that the create a report option is not available on the Intel Graphics Command Center. Could you share me a picture of the tool Support tab?

Hi, I have the same problem with Assassins Creed Syndicate (that use the same engine and optimized vor Nvidia) and Intel Arc 770 SE. I really like this graphics card and in fact, every game runs very smoothly in WQHD. A very exotic graphics card so far, but I think it's very cool and the design is really great. Only there is the problem with Assassins Creed Syndicate, I followed your tips and I still have the same problem with 30-40 fps and with lousy details. Nevertheless, I will not replace the graphics card with either an Nvidia or an AMD graphics card. To my system, I have a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550 AX V2, AMD Ryzen 3700x, 16GB DDR4 3200mhz and a Seagate Firecuda 1TB NVME PCIe 4.0. I hope you can help me. Greetings Peter

I have the same graphics card, and surprisingly I am having the same problem with GTA V. Intel, please help me with this issue. Thank You
