1. Download IDSA Uninstaller and uninstall the IDSA.
2. Download the latest version of Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. and check.

Why did you mark it as a accepted solution? It did not work?

I'm having the same problem and uninstalling, reinstalling (from Intel site) did not help. I'm using an LG Gram running Windows 11. I can't find a reason why it's not working and I'm trying to chase down a problem with my computer freezing. Any help with this Intel scan problem would be greatly appreciated.

Does not work, sorry.
None of the solution I tried work.
Whether Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, ... it's always the same answer.

Hi Jere,
My advice is to download the Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250 and double click on the .exe file to install this driver. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Before running this installation, disable any third party Antivirus Software (if you have any installed). Once the driver is installed, you may enable the Antivirus Software again.

Uninstall/reinstall doesn't work for me, either. I have an Alder Lake I5-12400 so am reluctant to try the driver where it's not listed.

Hi @modilly
This is an old thread. Open a new one and describe your problem. In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan (check "Everything") and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

Thanks for the response. I just changed my default browser to Chrome (temporarily) and ran the scan without problem and was able to update the driver. Edge apparently has an issue with its configuration. I cleared the cache and did a repair on Edge but to no joy. Until I figure this out I can use Chrome for Intel updates.
