When I use DSA I get the following message ''Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan.'' I've tried uninstalling. Clearing browser cache. Switching browsers. Please help.

1. Download IDSA Uninstaller and uninstall the IDSA.
2. Download the latest version of Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. and check.

I'm having the same problem and uninstalling, reinstalling (from Intel site) did not help. I'm using an LG Gram running Windows 11. I can't find a reason why it's not working and I'm trying to chase down a problem with my computer freezing. Any help with this Intel scan problem would be greatly appreciated.

Does not work, sorry.
None of the solution I tried work.
Whether Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, ... it's always the same answer.
